This splendid tour starts once you will get received by our representative outside NJP/Bagdogra Airport. It will be approximately 6 hours of the magnificent journey towards Pelling while being driven through the magnificent hilly roads surrounded by hills covered with lush greenery. Spend the remaining day at leisure or by wandering around the adjacent places. Have your dinner in the evening and after that spend the night in your cozy room.
Today, sightseeing at Pelling will be quite fun. Darap Village is the place you are going to explore first. There, you’ll meet several pleasant villagers. Next, our driver will take you to the Rimbi Waterfall. Following that, he’ll take you to Sewaro Rock Garden. This well-kept garden with pools is an excellent place to take a break for lunch. It’s now time to see Kanchenjunga Waterfall, another spectacular waterfall. This is one of the world’s most stunning waterfalls, cascading from a great height. To get to this stunning waterfall, you’ll have to climb a few steps. Khecheopalri Lake will be visited shortly before the end of this sightseeing excursion. It’s actually a lake where you may make wishes come true. This lake is surrounded by lush green woodlands, making it a relaxing spot for nature lovers. After witnessing the amazing views, return to your lodging. You have the remainder of the evening free to relax in your hotel room or watch the sunset over the Mighty Kanchenjunga. Spend the night in your warm and inviting accommodation.
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and begin your 48-kilometer road trip to Ravangla, which will take approximately 3 hours. Don’t forget to stop at Kwizik, a small sleepy village on your way to Ravangla. You will visit the monastery of Bon, possibly the world’s oldest religion. Ravangla, one of the most prominent tourist sites in South Sikkim, is located at an elevation of 7000 feet on the ridge between the Mainam and Tendong Hills and is known for its vistas of the Himalayan peaks.
Ravangla has become one of the most preferred tourist destinations due to the beauty of its scenery and its location as a transit hub to adjacent locations. After lunch, go to the famed Buddha Park, an eco-garden with a big statue of Lord Buddha (130 feet) that is well planted, providing abundant walks, gardens, and room for people to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. You can also go to Ralong cha-Chhu, a therapeutic hot spring that will leave you feeling invigorated. Ravangla is a good place to spend the night.
Breakfast will be served in the morning, after which you will tour Ralong Monastery. This monastery resembles Gangtok’s Rumtek Monastery. Borong, which is rich in vegetation and animals, is the next stop on your itinerary. It’s now time to pay a visit to Sikkim’s lone tea garden, Temi Tea Garden. As a South Sikkim keepsake, take some scented tea leaves made in Temi.
Now we’ll travel to Sandruptse which is also known as Samdruptse, situated at a height of 7,000 feet. The primary attraction of this hallowed hill is Guru Padmasambhava’s 147-foot-tall seated statue. Another highlight of this location is the spectacular vista of Mt. Kanchenjungha. After that, you’ll return to your hotel and eat lunch. In the afternoon, you are free to do whatever you choose for the rest of the day. As a keepsake, you might pay a visit to the Kheunpheling Carpet Centre, which is located above the Ravangla Market. Ravangla is a good place to spend the night.
You can visit Namchi while stopping for lunch on your way to the drop-off destination (NJP or Bagdogra Airport). It is a rapidly expanding area in South Sikkim that is commonly referred to as the state’s Culture Capital. In Sikkim, the location has been developed as a religious and cultural tourism destination. At Namchi, one may view a recreation of the four Dhams of India (Char Dhams). In the town center of Namchi, there is a Central Park. It will take approximately 2 hours to visit all of these areas. After visiting Sikkim’s famous Char Dham, continue your journey to NJP/Bagdogra. Your Pelling Ravangla Namchi Tour Package will finish once you arrive in NJP/Bagdogra.
