Day 1 : Transfer to Thimphu

Our Bhutan Tour Package for 7 Days will start from Hasimara Railway Station. From here, you will be escorted to Phuentsholing in order to obtain the Inner Line Permit. From Phuentsholing, resume your journey towards Thimphu. The journey will be around 6 hours. The road heading towards Thimphu are laid on the hilly terrain. The pictorial landscape of dense conifer trees and scenic valleys will accompany you throughout your journey. Have lunch on the way to Thimphu.

Check into your hotel and freshen up. In the evening you are free to rest in your hotel or else you can take a stroll in the market area of Thimphu and don’t forget to taste the local delicacies. Stay overnight at Thimphu.

Day 2 : Thimphu Sightseeing

You will be going for Thimphu sightseeing today. Start the sightseeing tour by visiting the National Memorial Chorten of Bhutan. The splendid structure and the serene ambiance attract travelers towards it. Visit Motithang Taking Reserve, the home of Bhutan’s national animal Takin. You will get a breathtaking panoramic view of Thimphu city from BBS Tower. From there proceed to National Textile Museum. Trashichhoe Dzong with its monumental architecture and ancient artifacts has become a place that shouldn’t be missed. Adore the colorful Thangkas and paintings. Lastly, visit Budhha Dordenma where you will get to see a large statue of Buddha. The evening view of Thimphu Valley is awesome from here. Back to the hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 3 : Transfer to Punakha

Get transferred to Punakha on day 3. It is a journey of around 5 hours from Thimphu to Gangtok. The journey will be an awesome one as after reaching the city, you will get to see many attractive tourist attractions including Chimi Lhakhang, Punakha Dzong, Druk Wangyal Lhakhang, and more. Reach the town after covering 88k of road distance. After being fresh at the hotel, you will be free for the rest of the day to do whatever you want. Relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Punakha. Day 4 : Punakha Sightseeing & Transfer to Paro

After our early breakfast, you will start your sightseeing by visiting Punakha Dzong. Built-in 1637-38, it is also known as Pungtang Dewa Chhenbi Phodrang. Punakha Dzong, with its gigantic construction, is a must-see in Punakha Valley. The next attraction to visit is Druk Wangyal Lhakhang. It is a temple with the backdrop of a “pristine” forest of the snow-covered Himalayan Mountains. After lunch the next destination you will be transferred to is Paro. The distance between Punakha and Paro is 127 km and it will take almost 5 hrs. Check in to your hotel at Paro and freshen up. You can either spend some quality time resting or can stroll around to enjoy the nightlife of Paro. Stay overnight at Paro.

Day 5 : Paro Sightseeing

Start your Paro sightseeing by visiting Paro Taktsang Monastery. Also known as Tigers Nest, the monastery is built on a cliff and requires two hours of trekking to reach. From Taktsang Monastery, you will be able to witness a jaw-dropping panoramic view of the entire Paro Valley. Next visit some prominent sightseeing attractions like the National Museum of Bhutan, Paro Dzong, etc. Get back to the hotel again after Paro sightseeing. Dinner and they spend the night in cozy hotel of Paro.

Day 6 : Visit Chelela Pass & Haa Valley

Visit Chelela Pass and Haa Valley on day 6 of your Bhutan Tour. Just after your breakfast, start your journey towards Chelela Pass which is one of the highest motorable pass at an elevation of 13,084 feet above the sea level. From here, you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking majestic view of Mount Chomolhari along with other snow-capped Himalayan Mountain Range. Next, visit Haa Valley which is approximately 28 km driving distance away from Chelela. The Haa Valley is located in Paro’s southern section.
